Cancellation: At A Shade Maker, I understand that life happens and plans change unexpectedly. However I do charge a 50% fee for any late cancellations, after the 24hr mark. A no call, no show will result in a 75% fee. I kindly ask that you notify me as early as possible if you need to adjust your appointment time. Early communication allows me to better manage my schedule and offer open time slots to other guests on my wait list. Consistent courtesy around scheduling helps me maintain a smooth, relaxed experience for everyone who visits the studio.
